Sugar, a natural sweetener, has been called in various name depends on the shape of sugar itself, such as rock sugar, sugar cube etc. The chemical inside sugar mostly is Sucrose or Karen Rose which assembles a shiny white glassy solid crystal of sugar. The sugar is sweet additive that widely used in the industrial food production, especially desserts and beverages.
There are several kinds of sugar, which are Sugar cane, Sugar palm, Coconut palm, Sugar maple and Sugar beet. All of them have a same complex chemical structure called Polysaccharide which also stored energy to be used by the activities of human body's cell. And that biological technical term is the provenance of reasons why the name of sugar almost end with the word "-o" (-ose), such as Glucose, Sucrose and Lactose etc
